Receive Instructions

We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours.

Ship It Back

Pack the product securely and send it back using the prepaid label.

Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

 

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must:
 

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Be in resalable condition with all original packaging

• Include all accessories and components

• Not show signs of excessive use or damage
   

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
 

Note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
 

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for all UK returns. You won't pay for return shipping. For international returns, please contact us for specific instructions.

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your PettStation for a different model (Core ↔ Core+), contact us and we'll arrange the exchange. You'll only pay the price difference if applicable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
 

Report timeframe: Within 48 hours of delivery

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
 

• Food bowls that have been used with pet food

• Items damaged by pets after delivery

• Products with missing components or accessories
